We have to eat the right amount of carbohydrates, vitamins, protein and fat. Fat, oily and junk food are unhealthy food. You will be very healthy and strong and have energy to do things. Unhealthy food will lead to diseases like Heart attack, high sugar disease, etc. Fruits and vegetables give us vitamins and good things. I like eating fruits and vegetables because
1. I like to eat.
2. They are healthy to me and they're soooooooo yummy(especially the ones my mother and grandmother cook.)
I support the school's campaign in encouraging pupils to eat more fruits and vegetables because we need something to eat(hehe) that keeps us balance and healthy. I'll say some competition. Whoever eats the most fruits and vegetables in some days will win the competition and get a wonderful prize. Or you are to bring two vegetables and two fruits everyday to school and eat them during recess.
